Shipping

All our goods are shipped from UK recorded delivery and you should expect to get it within 3 to 5 days. In most cases much soner.

If you prefer faster delivery please select first class or next day dilivery during checkout.

We try to ship on the same day you order if we receive the order before 4pm or next working day if ordered after 4pm.  All goods are shipped from UK warehouses.

We can ship to any address in the world. Shipping to non-UK addresses is calculated at checkout. Please note international shipping may take upto 10 working days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases.

If you want to return your product you may return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Please return using recorded delivery as we may require this to process your refund.

All products carry a 12 month warranty. Defective products can be returned for a replacement or a full refund if replacement cannot be arranged.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your product, however on most occasions the refund would be processed much sooner than that.
